RISE is a one-of-a-kind program where you work directly with retired industry scientists from companies like AT&T Bell Labs, Bristol Myers Squibb, Sanofi, Merck and Schering-Plough. You get personalized mentorship from experts with decades of real-world experience.
Some students can begin research as early as their freshman year, while others may start by participating in Drew's Summer Science Institute. The program is designed to meet you where you are in your academic journey.
RISE spans core sciences including biology, chemistry, mathematics and physics, giving you opportunities across multiple fields of scientific discovery.
The RISE talk series features scientists presenting new research, career insights and emerging topics in science. These talks are open to the entire Drew community and provide learning opportunities beyond the lab.
